British magazine Grazia is reporting that Chanel is launching No. 19 Poudre this summer. It is said to be: ”a lighter, musky version of the original. With added iris, jasmine and this season’s must-have note, neroli.”
Has anyone heard about this? I couldn’t find anything on NST, but that could be my slipshod search skills. If anyone has a link, I’d be interested to read more. Apparently I need to add it to my iris list, alongside the original No. 19. The article says No. 19 Poudre is going to be available for preview from June 1 in the UK, but no news about the U.S. or Europe.
Nope, nothing but a trademark registration information and a couple of twits from random users. And I’ve been reading many blogs that publish beauty news in the last 4-5 months. Interesting.
Yes, it’s weird isn’t it?! I’m sure we will be hearing more soon though.
I want to try it already. And I haven’t even had a chance to try No 19 EdP yet!
I will report back if I have a chance to try it!
I am most curious to see what they do with this one…I adore No 19 above all other Chanels except possibly Bois des Iles (which I recently tried and loved at first sniff!).
If you get your nose on some, do write about it!
Yes, I’m curious too, especially since they seem to have not done much PR about it. I’ll definitely write something if I get ahold of it!
I’ve seen folks mention it on MUA. Maybe this is a replacement for the EDP, which is only online at this point?
Hmm, possibly. Next time I’m at a Chanel counter or boutique, I may ask. Likely they won’t know anything, but I can give it a shot. (I’m such a cynic)

Thanks for this! I gathered a few more links too, so I’ll post an update.
